Living in Canberra, the Australian Capital, allows my Photographic horizons to be fairly broad.

In the city centre, on either side of Lake Burley Griffin, there are a number of institutions that act as repositories of our Nation’s Social and Historical history.

These institutions include the War Memorial and National Museum on the north side of the lake and on the south side there is the National Library, The National Art Gallery, The National Portrait Gallery and the National archives.

There are also both the old and new Federal Parliament Houses on the southern side of the lake.

Canberra also has a variety of Nature Reserves as well as the National Botanical Gardens and an International Arboretum and Gardens which is currently being developed.

Canberra has been called the “Bush Capital” because of its close proximity to an ever changing rural landscape.

Canberra is centrally located travel time wise between the south coast of New south Wales and the nearby Snowy mountain chain in the New South Wales and Victorian high country.

My Aim

My aim is to produce images of high quality that I enjoy making and then being able to share the wonders of our natural world with others so they may also gain pleasure from these creations.
